Historic Setting & Accommodations

The St. Mary's Inn occupies a historic Victorian building with multiple uniquely themed suites. The Sycamore Suite has a separate sitting room and a small office, while the Magnolia Suite offers two sitting areas and mountain views. Each suite includes a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and period furniture.

Complimentary Gourmet Breakfast

A gourmet breakfast is included with every stay and served at 8 am in the communal dining room. Hosts accommodate dietary restrictions, providing gluten-free French toast upon request. The breakfasts offer a social setting where guests share travel experiences.

Prime Location

The inn is within walking distance of downtown Colorado Springs, near Colorado College and local shops and restaurants. Garden of the Gods is 8 km away, and U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum and Pikes Peak are within a short drive. Complimentary off-street parking is available for guests.

Gardens & Common Spaces

Landscaped gardens feature a barbecue area, outdoor fireplace, and picnic facilities. Guests can use the sun terrace for outdoor relaxation. The shared lounge with historical themes offers daily fresh cookies and beverages.

Guest Services

Hosts provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining. Self-check-in is available for flexible arrival times, and luggage storage can be arranged. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out services streamline the process.

“The care Pam, Jay, and Luke put into this Victorian B&B is evident in its gorgeous presentation and gourmet breakfasts, creating a convivial atmosphere among guests. Comfortable rooms, some with Jacuzzis, and secure, convenient parking make it a delightful base for exploring the area, whether visiting the college or venturing further afield. It's truly an exceptional alternative to standard hotels for a restful and thoughtfully catered stay.”
